You are accessing the RLI Web-Based Payment System. Access to the Web-Based Payment System areas of the RLI Site ("Secured Site") is restricted to authorized users only. By using the Secured Site, you accept and will comply with these additional terms and conditions below ("Special Terms of Use"). The Special Terms of Use apply to access and use of the Secured Site and are in addition to RLI's Terms of Use. RLI may update the Special Terms of Use at any time without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any user ID and password, or other credentials or information provided in order to access the Secured Site, as well as any activity that occurs during your use of the secured site. You agree to not misuse or share your credentials and resulting access to the secured site, misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with an entity, or impersonate any person or entity.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RLI, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to the RLI Site from and against all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities, damages, and costs, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to any violation of these Special Terms of Use.
RLI reserves the right to modify or suspend your access to and use of the Secured Site. If you have any questions regarding the Special Terms of Use, please contact RLI at Service.Desk@rlicorp.com.
If you are an intermediary Producer or Agent processing a payment on behalf of an insured, you (i) agree that RLI will not be responsible for any unauthorized release of such information, (ii) will only submit information to the Secured Site which is owned by you or your employer and to which your employer or insured has given you the permission, or which has third party permission to submit and, (iii) certify that your computer and supporting infrastructure used to access the Secured Site is compliant with both the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and American Express Data Security Operating Policy (DSOP).
